近年来光电器件随着大规模集成电路的出现也在向组件化方向发展;将发光元件和受光元件组装在一起成光电IC(集成电路),可进一步缩小体积,提高可靠性,降低成本。本文介绍目前在电子技术中用到的两种光电器件,一类是在自动检测中常用到的光电传感器,另一类是利用光来传送电路间的信号,且起着电气绝缘作用的光隔离器。
