在“互联网+”时代下,腾讯公益慈善基金会借力互联网企业特长,尝试以城市文化的善意输入和乡村价值的有效输出为原则,探索农村参与式扶贫新公益模式。以发展干预理论为指导,分析从城市视角横加干涉农村自然发展的扶贫方式与农村实际发展之间产生矛盾的主要原因和解决路径。
Under the age of “Internet + ”, Tencent Charity Foundation leverages the strengths of Internet companies and tries to explore the new non-profit model of participatory poverty alleviation in rural areas based on the principle of goodwill input of urban culture and effective output of rural values. Guided by the theory of development intervention, this paper analyzes the main causes and solutions to the contradictions between the poverty alleviation methods that interfere with the natural development of rural areas from the urban perspective and the actual development of rural areas.
