随着社会的发展,我国幼儿园教育面临着根本性的挑战。这种挑战不仅仅是来自于政府的政策、社会与家长的需求及幼儿的发展,而更多的是来自于构成幼儿园生存与发展环境的变化。这些变化对幼儿园提出了新的要求和挑战,同时也引发并加剧了现有幼儿园的生存和发展危机。文章在分析这些变化的基础上,探索幼儿园自主发展的基本途径。
With the development of society, kindergarten education in our country is facing a fundamental challenge. The challenge is not only from government policies, the needs of society and parents and the development of young children, but more from the changes that make up the environment for the survival and development of kindergartens. These changes have placed new demands and challenges on kindergartens and at the same time have triggered and exacerbated the existing crisis of survival and development of kindergartens. Based on the analysis of these changes, the article explores the basic ways for kindergartens to develop independently.
