为了预防由矿井提升设备运行过程安全性控制不足而导致的安全生产事故,以在役矿井提升机为研究对象,基于安全预警理论和提升机使用过程中存在的问题,构建了包含数据采集层、数据分析层、预警分析层、辅助决策层和人机交互界面等功能模块的矿井提升机安全预警系统,提出了系统总体构架,并对系统构成层面的主要功能进行分析;结合闭环控制原理,给出了系统运行流程,为建立矿井提升机安全预警机制建立提供了参考。
