本文介绍氮基渗碳,是将制氧站空分氮气(其纯度不低于95%)勿需净化,直接通入渗碳炉内作为载气,并与一定比例的甲醇、煤油混合使用,使炉气成份保持相对稳定。应用红外线 CO_2分析仪和奥氏气体分析仪联合使用,控制 CO_2和 O_2含量,达到控制碳势的目的。通过对氮基渗碳的试验得知,它具有:节省资源、安全经济、无公害、气源丰富等优点。但还有许多问题有待于进一步试验和探讨。
In this paper, nitrogen carburizing is introduced, which is to purify the nitrogen in the oxygen station at the purity of no less than 95% without purifying directly into the carburizing furnace as the carrier gas and mixed with a certain proportion of methanol and kerosene, So that the furnace gas composition remained relatively stable. Application of infrared CO_2 analyzer and austenitic gas analyzer combined use, control CO_2 and O_2 content, to achieve the purpose of controlling carbon potential. Through nitrogen carburizing test that it has: save resources, safe and economical, pollution-free, gas-rich and so on. But there are still many problems to be further tested and discussed.
