案例:美国公司A从外国公司B进口一批冻火鸡,供应圣诞节市场。合同规定卖方应在9月底以前装船。但是卖方违反合同,推迟至10月7日才装船,因此A拒收货物,并主张撤消合同。试问在上述情况下,买方A有无拒收货物和撤销合同的权利,为什么?
Case: A U.S. company A imports a batch of frozen turkey from a foreign company B for the Christmas market. The contract stipulated that the seller should ship before the end of September. However, the seller violated the contract and postponed the shipment until October 7th. Therefore, A rejected the goods and advocated the cancellation of the contract. In the above situation, buyer A has the right to refuse the goods and the contract of cancellation, and why?
