中央空调系统的运行能耗与室外气象条件、空调房间的使用率、空调设备本身的能耗等因素有关。空调系统的负荷全年处于动态变化中,而空调系统的设计及设备选择通常是按最大负荷进行的,再加上设计人员选用的安全系数偏大,导致主机容量偏大、管道直径偏大、水泵配置偏大、末端设备偏大的四大现象,能量消耗增加。本文以上海某商务大楼中央空调系统节能改造研究为基础,探寻节能改造的实用途径。
