肠上皮细胞过度增生是癌前病变的早期阶段,而钙有降低结肠上皮增生的作用。但补钙对防止结肠上皮过度增生作用的研究结果不一,为此作者进行了随机双盲安慰剂对照研究。
Proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells is an early stage of precancerous lesions, and calcium can reduce the role of colon epithelial hyperplasia. However, the results of different studies on the role of calcium in preventing hyperproliferation of colonic epithelium have led to a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study.
