日本专利JP2007 113037中公布了一种高力学性能Mg合金及其制备工艺。该Mg合金是采用静液挤压或热挤压方法加工制造的。合金中主要含有(质量分数):6%~15%Al,不超过4%的Zn,其余是Mg。挤压态Mg合金中所含Al元素的40%以上以固溶体的形式存在。挤压态合金截面中心的平均晶粒尺寸不超过10μm,且位于合金截面边缘的晶粒平均大小与合金截面中心的晶粒的大小的比值为0.7~1.3。该合金的拉伸强度不低于300 MPa,且力学性能均一。
Japanese patent JP2007 113037 discloses a high mechanical properties of Mg alloy and its preparation process. The Mg alloy is manufactured by hydrostatic extrusion or hot extrusion. Alloy mainly contains (mass fraction): 6% ~ 15% Al, not more than 4% Zn, the rest is Mg. Over 40% of the Al element contained in the as-extruded Mg alloy exists in the form of a solid solution. The average grain size at the cross-section center of the extruded alloy does not exceed 10 μm, and the ratio of the average grain size at the edge of the alloy cross section to the grain size at the center of the alloy cross section is 0.7-1.3. The tensile strength of the alloy is not less than 300 MPa, and the mechanical properties are uniform.
