8月22~24日,省煤炭厅在河北煤研所召开河北省煤炭系统总工程师座谈会。各有关单位的总工程师、主管防治水工作的副总工程师或处长、科技处(科)长等近60人参加了会议,省煤炭厅许世亮厅长在会上讲话。省煤炭厅负责全面技术工作的刘起才副总工程师为会议做了总结发言。河北媒研所潘锡林所长在会上做了工作汇报。这些讲话、发言和工作汇报,对依靠科学技术进步,发展河北煤炭工业有着重要的指导意义和参考价值,故一并摘要发表如下,以飨读者。 From August 22 to August 24, the Provincial Coal Office held a forum for chief engineer of Hebei coal system in Hebei Coal Research Institute. Nearly 60 people, chief engineer of all relevant units, deputy chief engineer or director in charge of water control work and chief of science and technology department attended the meeting. Director Xu Shiliang of the provincial coal department made a speech at the meeting. Liu Qicai, deputy chief engineer responsible for overall technical work of the Provincial Coal Office made a concluding speech for the meeting. Pan Xilin, director of the Institute of Hebei Institute made a work report at the meeting. These speeches, speeches and work reports on the progress of science and technology, the development of coal industry in Hebei has an important guiding significance and reference value, it is also published in the following summary to readers.
