1991年3月至7月,中共广州市委党校进修三班(街道党委书记班,下称进修兰班)党支部在该班试行党性锻炼目标管理,以科学管理方式提高学员在党校学习的质量,增强党性锻炼的自觉性。试验表明,学员在入学后的“三个转变”(即从繁忙的工作岗位转变到专心学习,从领导干部岗位转变到当普通学员,从分散生活转变到集中生活)上,在配合教师自觉读书、遵守校规校纪和改造世界观等方面,都取得较明显的效果。
