本实验研究海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽对小鼠促钙吸收的作用。实验中,小鼠随机分成低钙模型组、碳酸钙组、低、中、高剂量海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽实验组,实验结束后,测定小鼠体重、骨钙含量、股骨指数、钙代谢指标。实验结果为:与低钙模型组比较,碳酸钙组和低、中、高剂量海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽实验组小鼠骨钙含量均显著高于低钙模型组(P<0.01);与碳酸钙组比较,低、中、高剂量海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽实验组骨钙含量均高于低钙模型组,且高剂量海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽实验组具有显著差异性(P<0.05);与碳酸钙组比较,低、中、高剂量海洋鱼皮胶原低聚组小鼠钙表观吸收率均高于碳酸钙组,但无明显差异性(P>0.05)。实验结论为海洋鱼皮低聚肽具有促钙吸收作用。
In this study, the marine collagen collagen oligopeptide calcium absorption in mice. In the experiment, the mice were randomly divided into low calcium model group, calcium carbonate group, low, medium and high dose marine dermal collagen oligopeptide experimental group. After the experiment, the body weight, bone calcium content, femoral index, calcium metabolism index. The experimental results were as follows: compared with the low calcium model group, the calcium content in the calcium carbonate group and the low, medium and high doses of marine fish collagen oligopeptide experimental group were significantly higher than the low calcium model group (P <0.01); Calcium carbonate group, low, medium and high doses of marine fish collagen oligopeptide experimental group calcium content were higher than the low calcium model group, and high doses of marine fish collagen oligopeptide experimental group was significantly different (P < 0.05). Compared with calcium carbonate group, calcium apparent absorption rate in low, medium and high dose marine collagen collagen oligosaccharides group was higher than that in calcium carbonate group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). The experimental conclusion is that marine fish skin oligopeptide has the effect of promoting calcium absorption.
