本文介绍了柳州职业技术学院在国家示范院校建设工作中,建设兼职教师队伍的实践,从政府和社会为高职院校兼职教师队伍建设提供政策和制度保障;学校主动与企业搭建互惠共赢的合作平台;加强兼职教师队伍建设总体规划;健全管理制度和激励机制等四个方面对兼职教师队伍建设进行了探索和思考。
This paper introduces the practice of establishing part-time teachers in the construction of national demonstration colleges in Liuzhou Polytechnic, providing policy and system guarantee for the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges from the government and society.
