可乐定透皮控释制剂是一种新的抗高血压药物剂型。敷贴于皮肤上可持续控制血压。在轻、中度高血压中它的有效率约三分之二。药动学研究表明血药浓度与该制剂敷贴面积相关,其稳态血药浓度可恒定于有效血药浓度范围内。这种制剂的研究和开发,将给高血压病人带来方便和好处。
Clonidine transdermal controlled release formulation is a new antihypertensive drug dosage form. Apply on the skin for sustainable blood pressure control. It is about two-thirds efficient in mild to moderate hypertension. Pharmacokinetic studies have shown that blood concentration and application of the preparation area, the steady-state plasma concentration can be constant within the effective blood concentration range. Research and development of such preparations will bring convenience and benefits to hypertensive patients.
