近两年上海在利用外资方面迈开了较为巨大的步伐,并且在振兴与发展上海经济中取得瞩目成就.那么,在今后若干年,在本世纪内,上海如何继续保持这一发展态势,如何在利用外资的广度和深度方面有进一步的突破呢?“利用外资新方法新途径”课题组对此进行了多次研讨.现把他们的初步成果发表如下,以期进一步开拓人们的思路,引起更为广泛的注意,取得更为有效的实际效果.
