我国今年外贸面临的形势 1999年世界经济将是一个动荡年,其主要原因为:世界范围内的实物经济与泡沫经济的逆向关系继续调整;世界经济中反传递的加强;世界货币体制开始战后以来的大调整;亚洲走出低谷,但拉美进入多事之秋;地区主义与多边贸易体制磨合;贸易保护加强;垄断与竞争加强。世界经贸发展将呈以下态势。 1.1999年世界经济增长速度将从1998年的2.2％下降为2％,世界贸易的增长速度将从1998年的4.6％增长为5％以上。其主要原因有:在股票市场回落,消费者开支疲
