在我国高速的经济发展中,也推动了社会生产中的各行各业的进步。在国有企业中我们将传统的侧重于生产力与生产技术的企业理念进行不断的创新,从而适用社会的发展,使企业不会被发展的大潮所淘汰。我们更加的重视企业的文化建设与思想政治工作的双重发展。这些对企业的生产与可持续发展具有重要的作用,在企业竞争的核心力量方面更多的优秀的企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作。在国有企业的文化建设与思想政治工作中一定要坚持将企业先进文化的前进方向作为企业发展的重中之重,积极的培养与现代企业发展相结合具有中国特色的社会主义企业文化与思想政治工作。从而加强企业自身的整体素质水平的提高,增强企业的核心竞争力。本文主要是根据国有企业的企业文化建设与思想政治工作之间的关系与区别进行了详细的介绍,为以后企业的发展提供重要的参考。
