跨国公司研发国际化的实质是在世界范围内配置研发资源。其在中国的研发中心,处于其整体“技术研发链”上的低端。因而,要加快中国高新技术产业发展,优化贸易结构,以及打造国家创新体系,如果单纯依赖跨国公司研发国际化根本不可能实现,依靠自主创新才是最终出路。
The essence of multinational R & D internationalization is to allocate R & D resources worldwide. Its R & D center in China is at the low end of its overall “R & D chain”. Therefore, to speed up the development of China’s high-tech industry, optimize the trade structure, and build a national innovation system, relying on independent innovation is the ultimate way to rely solely on the internationalization of R & D by TNCs.
