80年代初,企业文化这一当今世界盛行的企业管理理论传入我国,得到理论界和企业界的高度重视。进入90年代,伴随企业文化的发展,特别是在建立社会主义市场经济体制,推进现代企业制度的新形势下,以体现企业文化内涵为特征的企业形象,倍受人们关注,塑造优秀的企业形象已成为不少企业的自觉行动。近年来,我们上钢五厂从适应社会主义市场经济和现代企业制度出发,以增强企业市场竞争力和提升企业“形象力”的目标,在理性思考和实践拓展的结合上,主动积极地开展了塑造企业形象的工作,取得了一定的成效。
