轧钢机在轧钢的过程中,上、下轧辊要对准孔型,需要轴向调整轧辊。但在短应力线轧机的轴向调整过程中有这样的问题,由于轧辊轴承座与压下螺杆通过螺母和球面垫接在一起,调整后就会使压下螺秆的轴线与轧辊轴线垂直的轴线产生一个偏斜角α,由于偏斜角α的存在,在轧制过程中就会使轧辊的轴向产生一个由轧制力 P 引起的一个附加动载荷 Fa,其结构和受力分析如图1所示。由图可知:
