实施素质教育是我国基础教育的重要转变,素质教育体现学生的主体地位,秉着以人为本的理念,注重学生综合素质的提高,是新时期学校基础教育的一大进步。素质教育注重因材施教,重视学生学习的主动性和创造性,素质教育在课堂教学中更加突出的是教师和学生的相互合作,相互交流,它与以往的应试教育有着很大的差异。积极践行素质教育是每个教师的责任,教师应该积极引进新的教学方法,积累教学经验,明确素质教育的教学目标,把素质教育理论与实践相结合,促进教育事业的发展。主要结合初中英语教学的实际情况,探讨有关英语教学中素质教育的实施,并提出相应的教学策略。
The implementation of quality education is an important change in basic education in our country. Quality education embodies the dominant position of students. Adhering to the concept of putting people first and paying attention to the improvement of overall quality of students, it is a major step forward in basic education in schools in the new era. Quality education focuses on teaching students according to their aptitude and attaches importance to the initiative and creativity of student learning. Quality education is more prominent in classroom teaching because teachers and students cooperate with each other and communicate with each other. It has great differences from previous exam-oriented education. Active practice of quality education is the responsibility of every teacher. Teachers should actively introduce new teaching methods, accumulate teaching experience, clarify the teaching objectives of quality education, combine the theory and practice of quality education, and promote the development of education. Mainly combined with the actual situation of junior high school English teaching to explore the implementation of quality education in English teaching and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies.
