他个头不高,眼睛不大,圆圆的脸庞,留着简洁明快的小平头,给人的形象是干练,爽快、果敢。多年来,他为了维护军队、军人和军属的合法权益,“赤心磨砺法律剑,刚正斗邪护军威”。他刻苦自学律师业务,把依法护军的满腔热情注入脚下那片热土,在法庭上为众多军人及其家属讨回了公道。他,就是全国“二五”普法先进个人、河南省泌阳县人武部政委毛永翔。
