形势教育是当前企业思想政治工作的一篇十分难做而又必须做好的文章,许多同志都在为此苦苦思索,寻求良策。从表象上看,影响企业形势教育深入进行的主要问题似乎在企业内部,与对形势教育的认识有很大关系:一是部分同志认为现在的问题主要是工作没做好,改革遇到了麻烦,不在于搞不搞形势教育;二是不少职工认为搞形势教育又是“上边生病,下边吃药”,“社会生病,企业吃药”;三是一些基层干部认为形势教育年年搞,已使人感到“疲惫”,难以兴奋起来;四是企业党政干部畏难情绪很大,认为现实生活中各种思想问题和理论问题交织在一起,讲不清,道不明,理不直,气不壮。
