初中毕业生面临升学和体育中考的双重压力,短跑(50米或100米)、立定跳远等是中考测试项目。这些项目对学生的爆发力要求很高,实际上我们的学生爆发力普遍较差,如何利用体育课有效地提高学生的爆发力,又不占用他们日常的文化学习是每一位初中体育教师需要解决的问题。本文通过对初中毕业班学生发展爆发力实验研究,旨在为提高初中毕业班学生爆发力提供参考。一、蹲跳起以发展弹跳力、腿部肌肉力量、踝关节力量为主,是发展爆发力能力的基础。能很好提高下肢肌群退让与克制快速转换的力量和能力。
Junior high school graduates are facing double pressure of entrance exams and PE exams. Sprinters (50 meters or 100 meters), standing long jumps and other examinations are secondary entrance examinations. These items are very demanding on students ’explosive power. In fact, our students’ explosive power is generally poor. How to effectively improve their explosiveness without using their daily cultural learning is a problem that every junior high school physical education teacher needs to solve . In this paper, experimental study on explosive development of junior high school graduates aims to provide reference for improving junior high school graduates’ explosive ability. First, the squat jump to develop the springing force, leg muscle strength, ankle strength, is the basis for the development of explosive power. Can well improve the lower extremity muscle group concessions and restraint rapid conversion of power and ability.
