浙江东冠制管有限公司,6年来完成销售、利税增长幅度分别为240倍、387倍,平均净资产收益率达到24.86％,刚刚被国家科技部列为“十五”期间国家第一批科技创新型星火龙头企业。 东冠制管是从一个全新的角度切入管材行业的,没有从水泥管、铸铁管、陶瓷管这些传统的建筑管材入手,而是选择了依靠技术创新、寻找传统管材换代产品——塑料波纹管的新路。1995年,东冠与德国尤尼可公司合资,成功掌握了硬聚乙烯波纹管原料配方、生产工艺流程特性,短短半年实现了原料国产化配方。东冠的波纹管生产技术通过 1998年国家星火项目验收,埋地排水排污 PVC-U双壁波纹管生产技术被建设部列为2001年度科技成果推广项目,被建设部住宅中心列为国家康居示范工程选用部品与产品。
