上海建筑学会建筑经济专业委员会于元月六日召开一九八六年年会,会议作了去年的工作回顾,并总结了建筑经济论文征集和优秀论文评选工作。这次征集建筑经济方面论文共40余篇,内容涉及广泛,包括建筑业经济管理体制改革、建筑市场、投标招标、建筑产品价格、住宅商品化和房租改革等;参加论文征集的除上海各建筑企业,设计、科研单位外,还有来自吉林、天津、葛洲坝等地区及单位。通过评审,评出了“房产住宅产品成本构成和优化”、“建筑业投入产出模型研究”、“宝钢生活区建设经济分析”等十篇优秀论文。
The Architectural Society of Shanghai Architectural Society held its annual meeting in 1986 on the 6th of January. The meeting made a review of the work of last year and summarized the collection of construction economics papers and the selection of outstanding papers. This year, more than 40 papers on construction economics were solicited, covering a wide range of topics, including the reform of the economic management system for the construction industry, the construction market, bidding for tenders, the prices of construction products, the commercialization of housing, and the reform of rent, etc.; In addition to enterprises, design, and scientific research units, there are regions and units from Jilin, Tianjin and Gezhouba. Through the review, ten outstanding papers such as “Construction and Optimization of Costs of Real Estate Residential Products”, “Research on Input and Output Models of Construction Industry”, and “Economic Analysis of Baosteel’s Living Area Construction” were selected.
