目的:探讨微生物纤维(microberfiber,MB)、甲硝唑(FLA)的止血、封闭创口、消炎及促进肉芽组织生长的作用。方法:选用成年雄性兔60只,分为对照组与实验组。将两组再各分为5个亚组,每组在1、2、4、8、12周分别处死家兔6只。包括拔上下牙各3只,取其牙骨块送病理。结果:实验组牙窝愈合程度明显优于对照组。而对照组的牙窝有大量食物残留。光镜下可见大量的炎细胞浸润,成骨现象不如实验组。结论:MB-FLA具有明显的止血、消炎促进成纤维细胞及成骨细胞生长作用,有利于伤口的早期愈合,减少术后并发症的发生。MB-FLA是一种理想的拔牙创内的填充物。
Objective: To investigate the effects of microberfiber (MB), metronidazole (FLA) on hemostasis, wound closure, anti-inflammatory and granulation tissue growth. Methods: 60 adult male rabbits were divided into control group and experimental group. The two groups were further divided into five subgroups, and 6 rabbits were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks in each group. Including pulling the lower teeth of the 3, take the tooth block to send pathology. Results: The experimental group was significantly better than the control group. In the control group, there was a large amount of food residue in the dentition. Light microscope showed a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, osteogenic phenomenon than the experimental group. CONCLUSION: MB-FLA has obvious hemostasis and anti-inflammatory effects on the growth of fibroblasts and osteoblasts, which is good for the early healing of wounds and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications. MB-FLA is an ideal filler for tooth extraction.
