病历摘要谭××,男,26岁,干部,湖南攸县人。因持续发热40天,伴黄疸30天,左侧臀部剧痛7天,于1984年11月18日入院。患者于1984年10月9日无任何诱因突然畏寒、发热,体温39～40℃,伴头痛、周身不适,食欲减退。10天后皮肤、巩膜黄染,以“急性黄疸型肝炎”住当地中医院,曾用中、西药治疗(药名不详)。住院期间体温38～39℃,从未正常。除上述症状外,全身疼痛逐渐加重。入院前一周早晨起床时突感左侧臀部剧痛,下肢运动时疼痛加重。入院前4天转当地县医院,当时检查白细胞7,000/立方毫米,中性粒细胞70％,淋巴细胞26％,嗜酸性粒细胞4％,血小板8.2万/立方毫米,黄疸指数60单位,凡登白直接双相反应,谷丙转氨酶27.5单位(赖氏法),麝香草酚、硫酸锌浊度试验及抗链球菌溶血素“O”均正常,肥达氏反应阴性。经抗炎、护肝治疗(药物不详),病情无
