1983年1月以来,我科应用阴茎及阴囊翻转皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂20例,经随诊观察,效果较好,现报告如下。一、临床资料:手术年龄最小4岁半,最大12岁。阴茎头型3例,阴茎干型11例,阴茎阴囊型6例。术后2例出现阴茎腹侧皮瓣边缘少许坏死,经换药短期内愈合。1例于拆线后阴茎根部有少许漏尿,延长拔管一周,出院时瘘口闭合。1例尿道口狭窄,经反复尿道扩张及尿道成形术治愈。其余病例均在术后3周夹管排尿通畅。随诊全部病例阴茎外形基本正常,均直立排尿,无排尿困难。
Since January 1983, our department applied penis and scrotal flip flap flap urethroplasty in the treatment of 20 cases of hypospadias, the follow-up observation, the effect is better, are as follows. A case of stitches in the penis after a little urine leakage, prolonged extubation week, discharge fistula closed. One case of urethral stricture was cured by repeated urethral dilation and urethroplasty. The remaining cases were 3 days after surgery pee voiding patency. Follow-up of all cases of normal penile appearance, are upright urination, no dysuria.
