教师应合理地进行作业布置,让作业内容丰富起来,真正为学生的发展服务。教师为学生示范引导,成为学生学习的“引路人”与合作者,课堂由传统走向灵动,这便是我校正在实施的“三部九步”课堂教学模式。“三部九步”课堂教学模式打破课桌“秧田”式排列,改为U型摆放。40分钟的课堂,教师引导,学生自学,互帮为主,学生或静心阅读,或尽情辩论,思潮涌动,谈笑风生。自信、大胆,敢于质疑,乐于表达,学生的表现让人眼前一亮。一番讨论、探究后,教师点拨、指导、总结,当堂练习,自我检测,课堂动静相宜,每堂课每个学生都有实实在在的收获。
Teachers should be reasonable arrangements for homework, enrich the homework, the real development of student services. Teachers demonstrate their guidance to students and become the “guide” and collaborator for students’ learning. The classroom moves from tradition to agility. This is the “Three Steps and Nine Steps” classroom teaching mode that our school is implementing. “Three nine steps ” classroom teaching mode to break the desk “seedling ” type arrangement, instead of U type display. 40 minutes of class, teacher-led, students self-study, mutual help, students or meditation, or debate, thoughts surging, laughing. Confident, bold, daring to question, happy to express, the performance of the students shines. After some discussion and inquiry, teachers give pointers, guide, summarize, practice in the hall, self-test, appropriate information in the classroom, each class has a real harvest for each class.
