Judging from the operating mechanism of our country’s enterprises, the traditional model has great irrationality. Through reforms, it has shifted from the traditional model to the modern model. The modern model has greater advantages than the traditional model, but it is in contrast with the target model of reform. However, there are drawbacks. To deepen reforms is to make the operating system of enterprises shift to the target mode. The operational mechanism of Chinese enterprises is divided into three modes: traditional, modern, and goal.
