目的了解慢性化脓性中耳炎(CSOM)患耳脓性分泌物的细菌分布及药物敏感性,以指导临床用药。方法采集31例确山地区CSOM患者的中耳炎性分泌物。分别进行需氧菌、厌氧菌、培养及药物敏感试验。结果需氧菌培养阳性者24例,阳性率77.42%。主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌。厌氧菌培养阳性者7例,阳性率22.58%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌,绿脓杆菌和真菌是确山县CSOM的主要致病菌。厌氧菌在CSOM的发病中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the bacterial distribution and drug sensitivity of purulent secretions from chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) to guide clinical application. Methods Totally 31 middle ear inflammatory secretions from CSOM patients in Qingshan area were collected. Aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, culture and drug sensitivity test. Results Aerobic culture positive in 24 cases, the positive rate of 77.42%. The main pathogens Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Anaerobic culture positive in 7 cases, the positive rate of 22.58%. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fungi are the main pathogens of CSOM in Queshan County. Anaerobic bacteria play an important role in the pathogenesis of CSOM.
