目前,曲堤油田开发已经进入中期阶段,杆管偏磨问题比较突出,杆管偏磨造成躺井的比例相当大,直接影响着油井的正常生产时率,同时每年因杆管偏磨所造成的直接经济损失也很大。因此,深入研究油井杆管的偏磨机理,采取有效技术手段减缓杆管磨损迫在眉睫。本文针对油井偏磨的现象,从杆管受力状况、井身轨迹、井筒产出液性质及采油工艺配套等方面深入剖析了导致油井杆管偏磨的原因,并在此基础上提出了治理杆管偏磨的方法:加缓蚀剂;杆管及参数优化组合;采用抗磨油管。曲堤油田现场应用上述技术治理偏磨油井已经取得了一定成效。
At present, the development of Quti Oilfield has entered the mid-term stage, and the problem of partial eccentric wear on the pipe is prominent. The proportion of shaft lay-off caused by the eccentric wear of the pipe is quite large and directly affects the normal production rate of the oil well. The direct economic losses are also great. Therefore, in-depth study of the eccentric wear mechanism of the oil well pipe, to take effective technical means to alleviate the wear of the rod is imminent. In this paper, according to the phenomenon of partial wear of oil well, the paper analyzes in depth the causes of eccentric wear of oil well shaft from the aspects of rod force, well trajectory, the properties of wellbore fluid and oil production process, and on this basis, Rod partial wear method: plus corrosion inhibitor; rod and the combination of parameters optimization; the use of wear-resistant tubing. Quti field field application of the above technology to control partial wear oil wells have achieved some success.
