目的:探讨人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床意义。方法:收集2010年6月～2011年12月来该院要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女113例,随机分为两组,两组均术后当日开始口服盐酸多西环素胶囊、复方益母胶囊3天预防感染及促进宫缩,治疗组同时加用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,两组进行随机对照临床研究,观察两组患者阴道出血情况、B超测量子宫内膜厚度、月经周期恢复情况。两组研究过程中,均使用MDQ量表及CGI量表评估月经及生活症状改善情况。结果:两组患者术后消极情绪改善情况、治疗效果满意度、术后阴道出血量、月经周期恢复情况、B超监测子宫内膜厚度方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道流血时间、宫腔粘连的发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片能改善患者消极情绪,提高生活质量,减少术后阴道出血量,促进子宫内膜修复,帮助建立规律的月经周期,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of taking drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets immediately after induced abortion. Methods: From June 2010 to December 2011, 113 early pregnant women who requested termination of pregnancy induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups used the MDQ and CGI scales to evaluate the improvement of menstrual and lifestyle symptoms. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in postoperative negative mood improvement, satisfaction of treatment, postoperative vaginal bleeding, menstrual cycle recovery and B-monitoring of endometrial thickness (P <0.05). Vaginal bleeding time , The incidence of intrauterine adhesions was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Immediate administration of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol after induced abortion can improve negative emotions, improve quality of life, reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding, promote endometrial repair, and establish a regular menstrual cycle, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
