袋栽平菇开袋方法比较试验

目前,袋栽平菇生产中普遍都是在菌丝长满袋后撕去袋口薄膜,将出菇面曝露在空气中进行出菇管理,这种开袋方法从理论上说好象是正确的,因为通气可以促进菌丝分化产生原基,但从实践表明这方法不利原基分化,影响产量提高,因为原基分化需要比较大的空气湿度,空气湿度对原基分化的影响远远大于气体的影响,而棚内很难长时间保持理想的空气湿度。鉴于这种情况,我们在实践中摸索出了一种原基满口开袋法,它不但可缩短原基分化时间,且可提高原基的成菇率,显著提高产量。现将试验方法和结果报告如下: (一)材料方法 供试菌株为紫孢平菇。栽培料为棉子皮100%,另加0.1%二胺、5%石灰,料水比为1∶1.6。用18×40cm的聚乙烯塑料袋装料栽培,接种量10%。设实验组和对照组,各500袋,每组用棉于皮均为375kg。菌丝长满袋后,两组同时放在一个栽培棚中,为了消除栽培棚中不同位置造成的小环境的不同产生的误差,将实验组和对照组相间排列,即一排对照组,一排实验组。对照组采用普通开袋法,即入棚后就将袋口撕去,进行喷水管理;实验组入棚后采用原基满 At present, bagged mushroom production is generally in the bags after mycelium bag full of tear off the bag film, the mushroom surface exposure to the mushrooms in the air management, the bag opening method in theory seems to be correct , Because aeration can promote mycelial differentiation to produce primordium, but practice shows that this method is unfavorable primordial differentiation, affecting the yield increase, because the primordial differentiation requires relatively large air humidity, air humidity on the primordium differentiation is far greater than Gas, and the shed is difficult to maintain the ideal air humidity for a long time.
