斜视不仅有关美容问题,更重要的是常引起弱视,若不及早矫治将会影响双眼单视功能的建立,丧失融像力及立体视机能,这些功能都是从事精密技术工作所不可少的。我科于1980年开始斜视、弱视防治工作,对斜视性弱视作了较多观察、兹总结于下: 病例来源及资料分析 通过托儿所普查、设立专科门诊收集病例进行治疗,迄85年底已有本市12岁以下斜视弱视病例共134人。计内斜85人、其中内斜伴弱视62人占73%.
