我国旅游产业各项指标要达到世界强国水平,要做大做强旅游企业,提升旅游企业核心竞争能力和国际竞争力,上市融资成为必由之路。重视资本运作,通过资本市场融资能够促进地方经济产业链发展,意义重大。文章通过当前国内外旅游经济形势、上市融资意义和促进地方经济作用的分析,提出在上市融资过程当中应该注意的几个关键点,针对各类旅游企业特点比较分析得出融资方式选择,并提出促进上市融资健康发展的若干建议和措施。
