通过对展成式电化学光整加工特点及其涉及的流场问题的研究,分析了回转体工件在展成式电化学光整加工过程中获得较高加工精度的影响因素,并基于C620车床建立实验平台,对影响回转体工件精度特性的主要工艺参数进行相应的实验研究。实验结果表明:在常规实验条件下,利用所设计的实验平台和工作流场,可使机械加工后的回转体工件尖峰状的表面微观轮廓变成圆弧状,并显著提高被加工工件圆柱度的公差等级,使其加工精度由IT6提高至IT2。
