近几年来,医疗纠纷一直是一个敏感话题,但对于医疗纠纷的处理却不尽如人意。医患关系紧张不是一朝一夕能解决了的,不论是医疗机构还是患者在处理纠纷上往往缺少法律意识,常常发生直面冲突甚至对簿公堂,最终使得双方精疲力竭。于是北京、上海等地相继出现了所谓的第三方——医事纠纷调解中心,以医疗机构和患者之外的第三方身份主持调解,它的调解客观公正,能方便迅捷地解决医事纠纷。顺应形势,太原仲裁委员会医事纠纷调解中心于2007年7月成立了。自2008年起,《人人健康》医与法栏目将与太原仲裁委员会医事纠纷调解中心合作,将活生生的一些案例展现给读者,通过专业律师与法律专家对这些案例的点评,使医疗机构从中汲取经验教训,不断完善自己的规章制度,为患者提供更专业、更人性化的服务,也使读者从中了解更多的就医知识与法律常识。
