改革开放,社会经济模式发生了深刻的变化,人口流动频繁。近年来,特别是农村剩余劳动力大量涌向城市有增无减,其中不乏有携儿带女举家迁移在外择业谋生者,但其居住地点和时间往往不固定,这给防疫机构有效地对其子女实施计划免疫接种造成诸多的不便。当前各地普遍反映流动人口中的儿童预防接种工作是困扰计划免疫深入开展的难点、热点问题。现就如何加强流动人口儿童计划免疫管理工作做一浅探:
