摇床是一种重力选别设备。研究摇床选别原理,必须首先对摇床头传动装置的运动规律进行分析和探讨。本文应用作者在文献[1]中所阐述的复变函数的分析方法,对文[2]与[3]中所给出的我国常见的选别细粒矿物摇床——凸轮摇臂式、偏心连杆式和凸轮杠杆式等床头传动装置,进行运动分析;推导其杆件的角位移、角速度、角加速度及床面运动规律的精确计算公式。本文所得结论,为摇床头传动装置的设计及加工制造提供了必要的理论基础。
Shaker is a gravity sorting equipment. To study the principles of shaking table selection, we must first analyze and discuss the movement rule of the head shaking device. In this paper, we apply the analysis method of complex functions set forth by the author in [1], and compare the common selection of fine-grained mineral shaker-cam rocker arm in our paper [2] and [3] Eccentric link and cam lever and other bedside gear transmission, motion analysis; deduced its rod angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration and bed movement rules of the precise calculation formula. The conclusions obtained in this paper provide the necessary theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of shaker head drive.
