Since February 1995, our department has for the first time adopted a bleomycin-labeled isotope of 186 to be developed jointly by our department and our department’s nuclear medicine department and Sichuan Mianyang Institute of Nuclear Physics. The pericardial cavity injection has been used for the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the pericardium and a large number of pericardium. Effusions were obtained in 2 patients and the results were satisfactory. Follow-up was conducted in June and October. No pericardial effusion was found.
