多相生产井中,油、气、水的密度和流速、粘度分布不均匀,生产测井时涡轮流量计所测的RPS值波动幅度大,导致所确定总流量误差增大。考虑叶片表面、叶片顶端与边沿阻力矩及粘度、流速的影响,提出了涡轮流量计在多相流动中的响应方程。计算表明,叶轮表面、轴承外表面阻力起主导作用,RPS值主要取决于局部流速和动力粘度的变化。基于所给出的响应方程和实验结果,建议在多相流动中测量分层总产量时采用集流型涡轮流量计。图6参3
Multiphase production wells, oil, gas, water density and flow velocity, viscosity distribution is not uniform, production logging turbine flow rate measured RPS value fluctuations, resulting in the determination of the total flow error increases. Considering the influence of blade surface, tip and edge resistance moment, viscosity and velocity, the response equation of turbine flowmeter in multiphase flow is proposed. Calculations show that the impeller surface and bearing outer surface resistance play a leading role. The RPS value mainly depends on the local flow velocity and dynamic viscosity change. Based on the given response equations and experimental results, it is advisable to use a collector-type turbine flow meter when measuring the total stratified production in multi-phase flow.
