目的:通过对水红花子炮制品不同提取方法的研究,确定其最佳提取工艺。方法:以水红花子有效成分花旗松素、槲皮素含量及出膏率为指标,采用正交设计制定水红花子炮制品的不同提取方法,并采用HPLC法测定不同方法提取物中有效成分的含量。结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次2 h。结论:该工艺稳定可行,可为工业化生产提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the best extraction technology by studying the different extraction methods of the processed products of water-red chrysanthemum. Methods: According to the contents of taxifolin, quercetin and the rate of ointment, the orthogonal design was used to establish the different extraction methods for the processed products of S. japonicus. HPLC Active ingredient content. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: adding 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol and extracting 3 times for 2 h each time. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, which can provide reference for industrial production.
