党的十一届三中全会以来,我国的经济体制已逐步由传统的单一计划经济模式向以市场经济为主的经济体制转变,商品的流通也由计划经济条件下单一的纵向调拨体制逐渐被多渠道的工商混杂的横向批发体制所取代,医药工业企业则由原来单纯产品制造的生产型企业转变为以生产适销对路的产品并将其推向市场的生产经营型企业。生产企业直接参与市场竞争,不仅培育了企业的市场意识、风险意识、竞争意识和危机感,从而树立市场引导生产的观念,而且也极大地繁荣了我国的医药市场,也使我国的医药工业得到了迅猛发展。改革开放十多年来,我们上海第九制药厂也走过了一条由生产向生产经营转变的路,实现了企业工作重点的战略转移,产品的销售工作已被摆在前所未有
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China’s economic system has gradually shifted from a traditional single-planned economic model to a market-based economic system. The circulation of commodities has also gradually been transferred to a single vertical transfer system under planned economic conditions. The multi-channel industrial and commercial mixed horizontal wholesale system replaced the pharmaceutical industry enterprises from the original production-oriented manufacturing enterprises to the production-oriented enterprises that produced marketable products and brought them to the market. The direct participation of production enterprises in market competition not only cultivates the market awareness, risk awareness, competition awareness and sense of crisis of the enterprise, thus establishing the concept of market-guided production, but also greatly prospering the pharmaceutical market in China, and also enabling China’s pharmaceutical industry to obtain Rapid development. In the more than ten years of reform and opening up, our Shanghai No. 9 Pharmaceutical Factory has also gone through a path of transition from production to production and management, achieved a strategic shift in the focus of corporate work, and sales of products have been placed at an unprecedented level.
