Pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms. It is currently believed that pain is caused by the direct stimulation of nerve endings by some of the pain-inducing substances such as acetylcholine, serotonin, histamine, bradykinin and its cognate polypeptides, potassium ions, hydrogen ions and acidic metabolites released during tissue damage Nociceptors, causing the excitement receptors, the release of impulsive afferent nerve conduction to the spinothalamic tract, through the inner capsule until the central cortex after the first back to the central sensory and cause pain. According to statistics from Fry, about 1,500 out of 2,500 medical consultations are pain-related, meaning that almost three-fifths of patients have varying degrees of pain. Pain is often a sign of certain organic diseases, pain
