长跑是一项很好的运动,除了能增强心肺功能外,还可以使神经系统兴奋,从中得到乐趣。从运动学、解剖学的观点看,跑对肌肉的全部工作比走大。跑的时候,股四头肌进行着强有力的收缩,这种收缩能阻止着地对大腿在膝关节的弯曲。由于跑的运动量大,而且动作单调,尤其是长跑,更是枯燥。因此,我们要结合学生的生理和心里特点,运用切实有效的教学手断,启发、激励学生的练习兴趣,从而达到既掌握跑的技能,提高学生的运动水平,又增强学生体质的目的。二十多年的田径
Long-distance running is a good exercise, in addition to enhancing heart and lung function, but also can make the nervous system excited and have fun. From the point of view of kinematics and anatomy, all the work on the muscles is bigger than on the other. While running, the quadriceps undergo a strong contraction which prevents the flexing of the thighs in the knee joint. Due to the large amount of exercise, but also monotonous movements, especially long-distance running, it is boring. Therefore, we must combine the students ’physiological and psychological characteristics with practical and effective teaching methods to inspire and motivate students’ interest in practice so as to achieve the goal of not only mastering the skills of running, improving the level of students ’performance, but also enhancing students’ physique.
