课题主要围绕在生产实际中某零件研制任务展开。该零件是发动机上的关键零件,材料为高温合金,在高温状态下有良好的材料性能,属于难加工金属材料,增加了机械加工难度。该零件是典型狭窄内腔结构盘件,是小直径薄壁辐板盘件,其外部薄壁斜面与辐板型面形成狭窄深腔结构,给机械加工带来很大难度,尤其在刀具结构选择方面须使用特殊结构深腔刀具加工。针对该零件机械加工,重点考虑在刀具选择和编制加工控制程序完成该零件的研制加工。
