为了分析节点构造在钢桁腹组合结构桥梁中的传力机理及力学特点,对设计研发的新型节点构造制作了3个试件进行反复荷载作用下的模型试验,并根据钢桁腹组合结构桥梁的特点,采用空间有限元法对新型节点构造进行数值模拟分析。对试件的破坏形态、荷载-水平位移曲线、钢腹杆应力、开孔钢板应力、横向连接螺栓应力等进行了数值模拟分析与荷载试验结果的对比。结果表明:二者数据吻合较好,新型节点构造具有较高的承载能力,其破坏形态为延性破坏。该节点构造能够确保力流的有效传递及箱梁截面的整体协同受力。
In order to analyze the transmission mechanism and mechanical characteristics of the node structure in the bridge with steel-truss-vestibule structure, three specimens under repeated load were made on the new node structure designed and developed. According to the steel truss- The characteristics of the new node structure using numerical simulation of space-based finite element method. The failure mode, load - horizontal displacement curve, steel web stress, open steel plate stress, transverse connection bolt stress and so on were analyzed by numerical simulation and load test results. The results show that the two data agree well with each other, and the new node structure has a higher carrying capacity and its failure mode is ductile damage. The node structure can ensure the effective transmission of force flow and the overall coordination of box girder section.
