The quality evaluation index system of sci-tech periodicals in our province is established. By using the analytic hierarchy process and the merits of the expert investigation method, a method of quantitative evaluation of the quality of sci-tech periodicals - the absolute evaluation method is established and an electronic computer software system is established accordingly.
